These terms apply to your use of shotnlist.com and all ShotNList services. ShotNList is operated by Atharva Impex, Shop No. 115, Vardhman Complex, 324 Johari Bazar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302003, India. By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Our services
ShotNList provides two services:
- Listing tools, a subscription software service that helps eBay sellers create, relist and manage listings, send offers and automate buyer messages.
- International shipping, a booking service for sending parcels from India to buyers abroad through our logistics partner.
Your account
You must provide accurate business details when you register, including your GST details where we ask for them. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account. When you connect an eBay account, you authorise ShotNList to act on that account only to perform the actions you set up in our tools.
Subscriptions and payments
- Plan prices are listed on our website and are charged in Indian Rupees plus 18% GST.
- New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial.
- Paid plans renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Subscription fees are not refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Shipping bookings
Shipping bookings are governed by our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for describing, declaring and packing your goods correctly and for complying with the export rules of India and the import rules of the destination country.
Acceptable use
You must not use ShotNList to list or ship prohibited, counterfeit or misdeclared goods, to break eBay's policies, or to interfere with our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.
Third-party platforms
ShotNList works with services we do not control, including eBay, payment gateways and logistics partners. Their own terms also apply, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions about your account.
Limitation of liability
We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use ShotNList after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
