Shipping Policy
ShotNList offers international shipping for parcels sent from India, booked through shotnlist.com and carried by our logistics partner, Delhivery. ShotNList is operated by Atharva Impex.
Where we ship
We currently ship from India to the United States. Other destinations, when available, are shown on the booking page.
Booking and pickup
The price is shown before you pay and depends on the parcel weight. Once payment is confirmed, your shipment is booked and a shipping label is generated. The parcel must be packed and labelled before pickup from our pickup facility in Jaipur.
Delivery time and tracking
Delivery times are estimates from our logistics partner and depend on customs clearance at both ends. Delays caused by customs, weather or carrier operations are outside our control. Every shipment gets a tracking number, and you can follow its status from your ShotNList dashboard.
Customs, duties and declarations
- You are responsible for declaring the contents and value of each parcel accurately.
- Import duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country are payable as per that country's rules, unless the booking page says they are included in the price.
- Misdeclared parcels may be held, returned or destroyed by customs. Any resulting costs are payable by the sender.
Weight and size
Pricing is based on the weight you select when booking. If the carrier finds a higher weight, the difference is charged to your account. You can review and raise a dispute on any such charge from your dashboard.
Prohibited items
Items that are restricted by Indian export rules, by our logistics partner or by the destination country cannot be shipped. If you are unsure whether an item is allowed, contact us before booking.
Lost or damaged parcels
Report a lost or damaged parcel within 7 days of its expected delivery date. We will raise a claim with our logistics partner. Compensation, if any, depends on the outcome of their investigation and their liability limits.
Cancellations and refunds
A booking can be cancelled for a full refund before pickup. After pickup, it cannot be cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
