Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when you can cancel and when you are eligible for a refund. ShotNList is operated by Atharva Impex.
Subscriptions
- Every new account gets a 30-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged.
- After the trial, subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partly used months.
- You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Shipping bookings
- Cancelled before pickup: full refund of the booking amount.
- After pickup: the booking cannot be cancelled and no refund is given, because the parcel is already with our logistics partner.
- Booking we cannot complete: if we or our logistics partner cannot accept a shipment before pickup, you get a full refund.
- Weight differences found by the carrier after pickup may lead to an additional charge, as described in our Shipping Policy.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you are charged twice for the same order, or money is deducted but the booking or subscription is not created, we refund the extra amount in full.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the amount.
